Teaching Innovative Self-Care for Repetitive Strain Injury

At RSI Healing Workshops, we teach people how to optimize their own musculoskeletal health. Although good ergonomics can help prevent or minimize repetitive strain injury (RSI), improving ergonomics alone is often insufficient once a full-blown injury has occurred.  In this case, a body-based self-care strategy becomes essential. Our innovative, integrative approach to preventing and managing RSI symptoms is based on understanding the role of fasciaconnective tissue woven throughout the body—including its function in healthy movement and its vulnerability to injury by repetitive activities. A Note About Medical Consultation:

Our educational programs in general self-care for managing symptoms and preventing repetitive strain injury (RSI) are not intended to take the place of medical advice or treatment. If you are currently experiencing RSI-like symptoms, we recommend that you consult a qualified medical professional for evaluation and treatment. If you are currently under medical supervision for RSI, we ask that you consult your doctor before beginning our program to make sure that it will complement your existing treatment plan.
