Cedron Sterling
is a licensed massage therapist who has been in private
practice for over twenty years. An avid multimedia
computer user and professional musician, in 1995 he
developed “thoracic outlet syndrome,” a very serious,
lesser-known repetitive strain injury. For several
years, he had to limit his vocational and artistic
activities, living with pain, depression, and
uncertainty about his future. In 1997, he learned to
manage his repetitive strain injury symptoms and now
lives pain free using the same methods he teaches in his
workshops.Cedron’s holistic approach to
preventing and managing symptoms of RSI has continued to
evolve since he first began teaching workshops in 1999.
His work is deeply informed by his experiences with
meditation, mind/body awareness, systems thinking, and
the healing arts. His unofficial mentors include
renowned Hellerwork practitioner, author, and RSI pioneer
Sharon Butler, and
visionary physical therapist
John F. Barnes,
creator of Myofascial Release Seminars & Treatment
Centers. Cedron currently presents workshops for
government, corporate, and health care professionals. |
